Heads Up
- The only part of the end that is safe from resets is out to 511 blocks, the reset will reset regularly. (If it appears on https://map.envirocraft.net/#world_the_end it will not reset)
- The seed of the end will change every reset so the cities will be in different places.
- If you log out in the outer islands before a reset and log back in after, you will be teleported to the end spawn platform.
- ALL blocks, builds, and entities are deleted past 511 blocks in the end every reset! Please do not leave anything important out there.
- You can check when the next reset will be and when the last one was with
/endreset
in game (all times in UTC). - Currently the end is set to reset roughly every two weeks but this time is subject to change if needed.
- The end will only reset on a server restart, never while the server is running.
Help my Minimap / DistantHorizons is still showing the old end
Client side mods that log and map the terrain have no way of knowing that the end has been reset, so they will happily show you old information (and lead you to cities that don’t exist) The easiest way to solve this is to just delete the data they have saved about the end.
